Position Summary:

Carolina Fitness Equipment is expanding our Operations Department and is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

We serve clients of all scales, from full-scale commercial gyms to residential setups. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Efficiently process new customer orders and meticulously track their progress from start to finish.
  • Order Monitoring: Daily monitoring of orders to ensure timely completion and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with customers to provide updates and address inquiries professionally.
  • Logistics Management: Schedule deliveries and installations, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Documentation: Generate essential paperwork for our Installation Team's daily assignments.
  • Data Management: Utilize Netsuite for accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace for efficient workflow.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Operations Coordinator to achieve departmental goals.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as filing.

Qualifications:

  • Professionalism: Present an outgoing and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Independence: Self-sufficiency is key for success in this role.
  • Pressure Handling: Perform well under pressure to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Netsuite Experience: Previous experience with Netsuite is preferred.
  • Fitness Industry Background: Prior experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
  • Availability: Monday through Friday availability from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday work (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) required.
