RETURNS

CFE's Return Policy:

Unused, non-special-order items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pick-up, provided they are in new condition and, if applicable, in their original packaging. For pre-owned equipment and custom products, all sales are final. Special order items that are in their original packaging will have a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return to CFE. Freight/delivery charges are defaulted to the seller and return freight/delivery costs are the customer's responsibility. All returned items will undergo inspection. Should an item be deemed defective, the resolution, whether it be a repair, replacement, refund, or exchange, will be at the discretion of Carolina Fitness Equipment, LLC.
