Halloween is coming soon, and you know what that means - it's time to make your workouts a little scarier. Say goodbye to boring workouts and hello to our bone-chilling collection of Halloween-themed exercises that will leave you sweating in style. So grab your broomstick or put on your favorite skeleton leggings because it's time for some Spooky Sweat – where fun meets fitness meets fright!

Zombie Walk

Channel your inner undead with this fun and challenging workout. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended in front of you. Slowly walk forward, dragging your feet and keeping your arms stiff. As you walk, make sure to keep your back straight and your core engaged.

For an added challenge, try walking on your toes or adding in some lunges.

Witch's Cauldron

This workout will have you feeling like a powerful witch brewing up a potion. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended in front of you. Squat down as if you are stirring a cauldron, then jump up and twist your body to the side. Land back in the squat position.

Repeat, alternating sides. For an extra challenge, hold a weight or kettlebell in your hands while performing the exercise.

Ghostly Plank

Get ready to feel the burn with this spooky twist on a classic exercise. Start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line. Slowly lower yourself down to the ground, then push back up to the starting position. While you push up, raise one arm and the opposite leg up from the ground and hold.

Repeat, alternating sides.

Pumpkin Pick-Up

We're surrounded by them this time of year, so why not utilize fall's favorite gourd as a weight? Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and a small pumpkin in front of you. Squat down and pick up the pumpkin, then stand back up and lift it above your head. Lower the pumpkin back down focusing on using your legs and core.

Repeat, alternating single arms for added intensity.

Mummy March

Your heart rate will rise like an awakened Pharaoh with this spooky cardio exercise! Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended in front of you. Begin marching in place, lifting your knees as high as you can. As you march, wrap your arms around your body as if you are a mummy.

Continue marching and wrapping for 30 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds before repeating.

Haunted Hike

Take your workout outside with this Halloween-themed hike. Find a local trail or park and go for a walk or jog, taking in the sights and sounds of the season. You can even make it a family activity by bringing along your kids or pets. For an added challenge, try mixing some of the other Halloween-themed exercises into your hike.
