Cybex's VR2 Chest Press is a commercially constructed machine designed for full-scope upper body strength training. Its selectorized weight stack operates on a pulley + cable system, and it features an adjustable seat to accommodate a wide range of heights. The back pad is slightly angled to provide optimal posturing, in addition to the press arms that give the user a defined feel while going through the pressing motions.
