Carolina Fitness Equipment is looking for an enthusiastic, bright, motivated individual to add to our Sales Team.
Knowledge of fitness equipment is a must. Onsite training will be provided.
Some job duties include:
- Have a strong understanding of our sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales.
- Creating Sales Orders and taking payment, organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new customers/follow up with current customers.
- Research/Study to keep a continued knowledge of existing and new products
- Keeping management informed by submitting activity reports, sales reports and call reports.
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
