The Strencor Ground-Based Landmine can be used in or outside of the gym. Heavy enough to stand alone or use the home plate design to use in the corner of any gym, garage or room. Perform one or two arm movements and other rotational exercises by inserting any Olympic size bar (sold separately) into the pivoting sleeve at the base of the unit. A four inch sleeve is also available to hold standard (1") bars. Adjust the difficulty by changing the length of the bar or by adding plates (sold separately). Add the Wide Handle attachment to perform Landmine exercises that target the core, shoulders and hips and more. The Solid Steel loop handle makes for easy transport when not in use. Indoor/Outdoor use.
